NewRoad HC-S6-C is a cost-effective single flat-platform mobile composite robot, integrating differential drive AGV chassis and modular 6-axis collaborative robotic arm. Designed for conventional workshop raw material feeding, finished product collection and station-to-station part transfer, this compact AMR solves the cost waste of oversized robots for simple handling tasks, widely deployed in CNC processing, auto component assembly, 3C electronics and general precision manufacturing lines.

Repeat parking accuracy ±5mm position & ±1° angle, stable automatic docking with CNC machine mouth, assembly workstation and storage rack. Optional GCR5/GCR10/GCR20/GCR30 collaborative arms (5~30kg end payload) for light precision picking and medium-load workpiece handling separately.

Full set of industrial safety configuration: perimeter anti-collision safety bumper + 360° all-round safety laser scanner + distributed collision induction + multi-position physical emergency stop buttons (chassis & arm base). Passed TUV international safety certification; automatically decelerate & emergency stop once detecting workers or unexpected obstacles, realize man-machine mixed walking operation without isolation fence, save factory safety fence construction investment.
4. Diversified Charging & Open Industrial Interface, Easy System Docking
Three optional charging modes: automatic contact charging, wireless induction charging and quick battery swap to support 24/7 non-stop unmanned production. Reserved CAN/RS485/RJ45/USB multiple communication ports, compatible with CANOPEN & Modbus mainstream industrial protocols for seamless linkage with customer’s MES/WMS production management system.
