NewRoad HC-S6-B composite mobile robot is a customized warehousing & feeding integrated AMR with built-in multi-layer material tray platform, combining autonomous mobile chassis + 6-axis modular collaborative manipulator. Specially developed for frequent multi-batch raw material feeding, semi-finished goods turnover and finished parts collection, it solves the pain point of traditional AGV with single-layer limited load capacity, widely used in CNC workshop, auto parts assembly, 3C electronics processing and precision medical production lines.

1. Unique Multi-layer Split Platform Design, Large-Capacity On-board Storage
Different from ordinary flat chassis mobile robots, HC-S6-B is equipped with independent multi-layer separated bearing trays, classified placement for raw blanks, semi-finished products and finished workpieces separately. One single robot replaces multiple trolleys, realizing one-time multi-task round-trip feeding & receiving, greatly cutting workshop transport frequency and waiting downtime. The tray structure is detachable and customizable in layer number & bearing area, adapting different size of material boxes and fixtures.
2. Dual Navigation Technology, Stable Precision Docking
Adopts laser SLAM + QR code dual-mode positioning navigation, no magnetic strip/ground rail laying required, rapid site mapping deployment within hours. Repeated parking precision ±5mm in position, ±1° in angle, ensuring accurate docking with machine tool inlet/outlet and production line stations; the collaborative arm optional from 5kg~30kg end payload, matches precision picking and medium-heavy workpiece handling demands.
3. Full-perimeter Multi-level Safety Protection, Fence-free Human-machine Collaboration
Full-body safety configuration: surrounding anti-collision safety bumper + 360° safety laser scanner + distributed collision sensor + physical emergency stop buttons distributed on chassis and arm base, certified by international TUV safety standard. Automatically decelerate and emergency stop when detecting workers or obstacles nearby, allowing mixed walking operation between staff and robot without safety isolation fence, saving factory renovation cost.
4. Flexible Charging + Open Industrial Interface, Easy System Integration
Support automatic contact charging, wireless charging and quick battery swap three charging modes to realize 24h uninterrupted unmanned running; abundant reserved CAN/RS485/RJ45/USB communication ports, compatible with CANOPEN, Modbus mainstream industrial protocols, seamlessly connected with factory MES/WMS production management system. Adopt drag-to-teach programming mode, field operators can complete path editing and task setting without professional programming foundation.
