NewRoad HC-X6-B integrated composite robot combines Mecanum omnidirectional chassis and modular collaborative robotic arm, breaking the limitation of fixed workstation robots. It realizes integrated flexible automation: autonomous moving, picking, machine loading/unloading, palletizing and inline inspection. Widely deployed in 3C electronics, auto parts, precision medical and semiconductor cleanroom intelligent manufacturing.

Equipped with full Mecanum wheel drive, zero turning radius for in-place rotation, lateral & diagonal movement. Minimum passage width only 1000mm; 45mm ground clearance, 10mm obstacle climbing, 80mm trench crossing and max 5° gradient climbing to adapt factory floor grooves and slight height difference. Chassis dimension: 1250×700×800mm with max platform load 470kg, maximizing workshop space utilization.

2. Dual Navigation System, High Repeat Position Accuracy

Laser SLAM + QR code dual navigation, no magnetic tape or ground rail required for fast on-site mapping and deployment. Overall positioning tolerance ±0.3mm; parking accuracy ±5mm linear, ±1° angular. Optional collaborative arms: GCR5/GCR10/GCR20/GCR30 with 5~30kg payload for precision assembling, inline testing and heavy-duty palletizing.

3. Full-Range Multi-Layer Safety Design for HRC Operation

Four-level safety configuration: safety bumper, multi-channel safety laser scanner, full-body collision detection + emergency stop button with TUV certified safety control system. No safety fence required for human-robot mixed working; automatic deceleration & emergency halt when obstacles detected, compliant with global industrial collaborative safety standards for clean & mixed production lines.

4. Triple Charging & Open Industrial Interface for Easy Integration

  • Three available charging modes: auto contact charging, wireless inductive charging & quick battery swap, manual/automatic switchable for non-stop 7×24h production.
